ILC Calls on USCIS to Stop Rejecting Applications for Blank Fields on Forms

Immigrant Legal Center, along with 146 organizations that advocate on behalf of asylum seekers and immigrant survivors of gender-based violence and human trafficking, is calling on USCIS to immediately rescind their policy of rejecting applications for blank fields on forms. The letter also calls upon USCIS to provide remedies to survivors who have already been impacted by the policy and provide public engagement sessions on changes to any relevant USCIS processes to ensure due process.
