As the Director of Development and Communications, Cailan is responsible for diversifying and growing ILC’s contributed revenue from individuals, foundations, and institutions, as well as building and strengthening the ILC brand.
She previously served as the Director of Communications and Marketing at Catholic Charities San Francisco prior to relocating to the Midwest with her family.
Cailan received her Master of Public Administration from the University of Nebraska at Omaha and earned her Bachelor of Arts with degrees in Journalism/Public Relations and History from Creighton University.
When not working, you can find Cailan at Pure Barre West Omaha, reading her next Book of the Month pick, and most importantly spending time with her husband, daughter, and wheaten terrier.
