As a Department of Justice (DOJ) Accredited Representative, Patricia works with attorneys, other DOJ-accredited representatives, and staff to provide direct legal services to clients who may qualify for a form of immigration relief.
DOJ representatives are non-attorneys who have demonstrated to the DOJ that they have enough education and experience in immigration law to provide immigration legal services.
Patricia also works in coordination with community partners to promote community education, to advocate for immigrants’ rights, and to promote inclusion of the immigrant community in rural communities.
