As an ILC attorney Luciano works with attorneys, DOJ-accredited representatives, and staff who contribute to serving clients who may qualify for a form of immigration relief.
Luciano specializes in cases involving immigrant children and their families.
He graduated with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science from the University of Nebraska at Kearney.
He earned his J.D. from the University of Nebraska College of Law. He is fluent in Spanish and is currently based in the ILC’s Lincoln office.
When not working, you can find Luciano spending time with his family, learning about history, reading, grilling, and watching bad reality TV.
