Jeanna’s prior work was in higher education for 12 years before she returned to the non-profit sector in  2022. She was was initially introduced to the world of refugee and  immigrant services via an internship in college followed by volunteer work. She served as an Americorps member in 2010 at Lutheran Family Services. 

When not at work, you can find Jeanna reading, doing papercrafts, hiking, bike riding – up to 30 miles a week!, spending time with niece & nephew, tabletop gaming, and being a tourist.
