As an ILC attorney, Fotima provides direct immigration legal services to clients who may qualify for a form of immigration relief.
Fotima leads the Afghan Legal Services project.
She graduated with her bachelor’s degree in Political Science from the University of Nebraska at Omaha. Fotima earned her J.D. from the Creighton University School of Law.
She is licensed to practice law in Iowa and is fluent in English, Tajik (Farsi and Dari), Russian and Turkish languages.
When not working, you can find Fotima spending time with friends and family, reading, and traveling.
