Charity Griffith

DOJ Accredited Represenative

As a Department of Justice (DOJ) Accredited Representative, Charity works with attorneys, other DOJ-accredited representatives, and staff to provide direct legal services to clients who may qualify for a form of immigration relief.

DOJ representatives are non-attorneys who have demonstrated to the DOJ that they have enough education and experience in immigration law to provide immigration legal services.

Charity also works in coordination with community partners to promote community education, to advocate for immigrants’ rights, and to promote inclusion of the immigrant community in rural communities.

She has served the immigrants of Grand Island through current and former employment since 2012. Charity earned a Bachelor of Science in Behavioral Science at Bellevue University.

When not working, you can find Charity spending time with her husband, children, and granddaughter or walking her dog and traveling and riding motorcycles with her husband.
