César Magaña Linares
As a law clerk, César provides legal support to ILC’s attorneys—from legal research to client meetings—in all sorts of immigration matters.
César is currently a Juris Doctor candidate at Creighton University School of Law. He holds a Bachelor of Arts in Latino/Latin American Studies from the University of Nebraska at Omaha, where he graduated summa cum laude. Prior to joining ILC, he worked with the Worker & Immigrant Rights Advocacy Clinic at Yale Law School.
After law school, César plans on taking the bar exam and practicing in Nebraska. He is fluent in Spanish.
Outside of work, César can be found watching reality TV with his wife, playing soccer, and indulging in video games.
