As an ILC attorney, César provides direct legal services to clients who may qualify for immigration benefits and relief.
César holds a Juris Doctor from Creighton University School of Law. He graduated with a Bachelor of Arts in Latino/Latin American Studies from the University of Nebraska at Omaha. Prior to joining ILC, he worked with the Worker & Immigrant Rights Advocacy Clinic at Yale Law School.
César is licensed to practice law in Nebraska’s state and federal courts. He is fluent in Spanish.
Outside of work, César can be found spending time with his wife, studying religious scripture, watching soccer, and indulging in video games.
