Access Specialist

As the Access Specialist, Ana is responsible for handling the Nebraska Immigration Legal Assistance Hotline (NILAH). NILAH is a high-volume centralized immigration hotline where individuals can apply for non-profit immigration legal assistance from ILC and collaborating non-profit immigration legal service providers (ILSPs).

Ana makes decisions regarding NILAH applicants’ eligibility for services and forms of immigration relief.

Ana previously worked for One World Community Health Center as a Referral Care Coordinator. She is fluent in Spanish. When not working you can find Ana spending time with her daughters and family.
