Erick Frederick


As an ILC Attorney, Erick provides direct legal services to immigrants in South Sioux City, Nebraska, and surrounding areas in North-East Nebraska.


Erick also works in coordination with community partners to promote community education, advocate for immigrants’ rights, and promote inclusion of immigrant community in rural communities.

Erick earned his bachelor’s degree at Florida Atlantic University and his J.D. with a certificate in international law at Creighton University Law School. Erick is licensed to practice in Nebraska and is fluent in Spanish.


When not working you can find Erick cooking, reading, playing with his cat Nala, hanging out with friends, and recreational gaming.
